Privacy policy

This site exists to present the exeTrace system and to arrange a conversation. We collect only the data you hand us yourself — through the contact form or by writing to our address.

Who controls the data

The data controller is EXECODE Bartłomiej Filipiak, Ostrów Wielkopolski, Poland. For anything concerning personal data, write to the address at the bottom of this page — we reply within a few working days.

What we collect

• Form data: full name, company, email address, optionally phone number and machine count.
• The content of the message you write.
• IP address and browser identifier — stored with the enquiry to limit spam.

Why we process it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare an offer — based on your consent and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).
• To protect the form against abuse — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use this data for profiling, we do not sell it and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Sales correspondence is retained for the duration of the conversation and up to 24 months after the last contact. If we start working together, data is retained for the period required by tax and accounting law.

Who we share it with

Messages from the form reach our mailbox through an outgoing mail server. Beyond our hosting and mail provider, we do not pass this data to anyone.

Your rights

• Access your data and receive a copy of it.
• Rectification, erasure or restriction of processing.
• Withdraw consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no third-party tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so your browser makes no background connections to third-party services. If we add analytics in future, we will update this section and ask for consent where required.

Security

The form is submitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to the enquiry mailbox is limited to the people handling sales conversations.
